The eagle is also a symbol of Pan-African strength — found in the flags, emblems, and traditions of nations across the continent. It is a symbol that belongs to all of Africa.
About the Organization — Who is Sele Media Africa?
Sele Media Africa is a Pan-African international media organization headquartered in Plateau State, Nigeria. Founded by Amb. John Sele Philip, Sele Media Africa was built on a singular conviction: that African stories, told by African journalists, with African editorial standards, can change how the world understands Africa.
For years, Sele Media Africa's journalists have covered stories across the continent — from the Sahel to the Cape, from the Atlantic coast to the Indian Ocean. They have seen brilliant African journalists struggling to reach audiences beyond their immediate geography. They have seen extraordinary stories disappear into the noise.
That frustration became action. Sele Media Africa established Sele Tech Ltd — its technology subsidiary — to build the digital infrastructure that African journalism deserves. The result is SeleVerse.
